Can the speed be configured to be over 20?

Can the horizontal and vertical speeds be configured to be over 20? (20 isn't fast enough on my computer)

20 was becoming difficult for me until I discovered adjusting the pointer speed in the regular Windows Mouse Properties control panel had an effect on the SmartNav. Hope this helps..
