SmartNav Pointer Sticking on Secondary Monitor
I am using a natural pointer camera with the most recent version of the SmartNav software in a Windows 7 64-bit environment, running dual monitors. Previously this setup worked fine but as of this morning the software is locking the mouse to the secondary screen whenever it is moused into. What can be done to fix this?

Re: SmartNav Pointer Sticking on Secondary Monitor
RichardYarbrough,
Could you clarify this for me? Is it working on monitor 1, but then once you go to monitor 2 it will not come back to monitor 1? Or is it more specifically only working on monitor 2?
Regards,

Re: SmartNav Pointer Sticking on Secondary Monitor
Try this
1. Open SmartNav Settings
2. Click on the Behavior tab
3. Adjust the Mouse Override Delay to 0.0 seconds... and the behavior goes away.
I only use the SmartNav for a mouse so I don't know how this effects people who also use a regular mouse but I am so glad I found a fix. This should provide a clue to what is going on for you guys at NaturalPoint.
