When my PC gets an update my SmartNAV is unable to connect and there' no updates for my drivers. I am curious will there be updates soon or should I go to a different company? ;) :)

Hello lillepunk8907,

Windows update can sometimes conflict with the device driver for SmartNav. If for some reason SmartNav driver is not registering properly, you can manually point it to the driver location (C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64) from the Windows Device Manager. Or you could also get it resolved by uninstalling the NaturalPoint USB driver and re-installing it using the SmartNav installer, as you have already mentioned.

Regards,
