When I open up SmartNav it works for about 30 seconds perfectly, then it says "no data". The hexagon of red lights in the device is on, but the top light on the device is turned off. If I unplug the device and then plug it back and it works again for about 30 seconds.
I am using version 3.3 build 39.
Is there a way I can fix this?
