SmartNav 3.3 driver errors (Win 10)

I am having trouble getting my computer to detect the SmartNav camera - "SmartNav" appears in my hardware devices under Unspecified, but says that the driver is missing, even after installing the SmartNav software. When I open the software it says that it could not find a SmartNav camera. Is this a compatibility issue with Windows 10?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
