SmartNav 4 loses tracking

SmartNav this is my only way to control the computer, but unfortunately he began to work poorly. every hour is lost tracking altogether (green light also goes out). During this the tracking screen within the SmartNAV program shows only flickering grey lines. sometimes it would return to normal, but sometimes only reconnection helps. i tried different cables and ports. I cannot send it to the USA for repair because I live in Russia and cannot buy a new one. Is this a problem with the microusb port on the smartnav?
