Cant enable voice clicking?

O/S: Windows XP Media Center 2005

I just bought Smartnav here in the UK. It works great, but I cannot get voice clicking to enable. I get the error stating that speech recognition could not be initialized.

I have the Microsoft SRE SDK 5.1 installed but i cannot get voice clicking to work.

Any advice appreciated

I've just realised that voice clicking is an optional extra, but it's not available on any of the UK's suppliers. Is there any way I can get hold of this software in the UK?
