Can you run Smartnav and a Mouse at the same time.

I just want to know if I can run both simultaneously so I can jump from one to the other. I want to use smartnav to handle most of my tasks and swap to my mouse for more complicated tasks. Does smartnav work in World of Warcraft?

You can certainly use both the SmartNAV and a mouse at the same time.
