Hi,
I am planing to mount the smartnav to my laptop.
How well would this work out doors, with fairly bright light?
I assume, the sunlight would interfere-correct?
Any tricks to make this work?

Hi Karin,

Direct sunlight could be an issue, we do have light filtering built in to the software which can be used to eliminate stray light. There are also other ways to mount the camera so that light isnt as big of an issue. SmartNAV4 (which is coming soon) will be fully light resistant.

We have a 30 day trial period so if you wanted to get the unit and test it out you could certainly do that.
