How do I respond to the SmartNav software confirmation dialogs (for shutdown, saving settings, etc.) with the keyboard? This seems especially important in a product made for people with differing abilities.

I think that you have got us on that one. If you hit "enter" it doesn't seem to work. We will have to fix that. The best way is to use the mouse, but I understand the irony there.
