We have a kindergarten student using SmartNav (the older version of TrackIR) to access the general kindergarten software-some is on the hard drive of his computer, some is coming down from the network. Millie's Mathhouse is on the network and is glitchy with the SmartNav device (blackouts on screen periodically, screen size decreasing, program shutting down). Is this because of the network? Should software be loaded onto the hard drive for better success? Any suggestions would be great.
