small verticle line turned red and now my nat

small verticle line turned red and now my nat

i use natural point v.2.14 B.
Between the smooth and speed horizontal bars, the small verticle in center line turned red and now my natural point is not working. Why is that? How can i correct this? thanks

Please try upgrading to the latest software (2.51) which can be found here: http://media.naturalpoint.com/software/ ... V_2_51.exe

yea... but what does it (red) specifically mean?

The icon between the speed and smooth scroll bars changes color based on the state of the tracking in the 2.xx SmartNAV software.

Bright green = Tracking

Dark green = Not Tracking

Red = Paused (Pause hotkey or Ability Switch was pressed, or Key Activated mode is enabled)

So, it sounds like your SmartNAV software is set to Paused. Check to make sure KeyActivated mode is not enabled, and press the Pause hotkey to toggle it on and off to see if that makes a difference.
