Problem with 2.51 and XP (delay in movement)

Post by Harjus »

Hello!

My friend has a Smartnav unit (S/N: under 16000, it was something between 4000 to 6000, can't remember exactly). I'm his support person (with computers - mostly)

He had Windows 2000 pro, smartnav (trackIR) software 2.14, everything worked as should.
In time, we installed Windows XP pro and we had to download the 2.51 sofware for smartNAV (replaced hard drive due malfunction). Now the delay in movement is just terrible. I saw a topic in your forum about that, so i'm not alone with that problem.

So, can you send me the 2.14 soft, please?

Thank you very much!!
