I'm a software dev running my SmartNav 4 on a three-monitor setup, each monitor is on 1920 x 1080, and I've never had any problems.
The issue isn't so much the camera as your neck muscles. It takes a couple of weeks for the movement to become natural, but once you have a bit of practice and play with the speed and movement settings, it's easy to hit even small targets like the space between 2 characters or expand folders in windows explorer.
