Does this occur, only when using the sip and puff switch?

If you have someone use the hotkeys, a standard mouse, of the dwell software does this also occur?

WE NEED A UPDATE FOR SMARTNAV 3 AND 4 PROGRAMS. if the costumer complaining about it. smartnav or a programer should fix it ASAP. it's not us its the program and or driver that's causing this. even if u have to revert back the old driver with the latest version. please fix this asap.

It will be much easier for us to investigate this issue if we are able to reproduce it. To that end, it would be helpful if you could provide answers to the questions asked by Vince in the preceding posts.

What would be best is if a small, simple, freely download-able game in which this problem manifests can be identified.

my situation is im using hotkey clicking on the keyboard. it does not matter rather its fullscreen or windowed. it jumps to a certain spot over 85% of my games like bioshock 1 and 2. ghost recon modern warfare . it doesn't happen in games like spore, borderlands, aion or world of warcraft. my theory is a different mouse driver or a smartnav bug that u overlooked since u beganp roducing versions 3.x . that's causing this to happen
