Same default clicktime with every re-start
Same default clicktime with every re-start
I keep having this recurring problem every time I start the computer I'm required to go into the settings of the dwell clicker to reset the click time back to zero again. The default setting is far too long for me and yet every time I change the time it resets itself back to the default at restart. It's driving me nuts.
Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start
What version of Windows are you using?
Do you save the profile changes, before closing the SmartNAV software (retart the PC)?

Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start
I'm using Vista home premium 64-bit. I tried setting my profile a few times and it still does the same thing at start up. No change from before.
Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start
Try reinstalling the software, in a differnt folder than the Program Files folder, such as C:\NaturalPoint, then save.
Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start
I'm a Quadriplegic so I'll get a friend to help me with this. I'll let you know what happens.

Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start
yep had the same problem
change setting to watever clicktime you want then save then
completley close smartnav.
Then restart computer or get someone to do it(i have too because im a quadraplegic)
when computer comes back on your clicking speed should be same as what you saved.
sorted took me while figure out but done it. when u dont actually close smartnav and just restart computer, it doesnt save correctly, close smartnav completley then manually restart.
