I am writing on behalf of a client who has a DynaVox V communication device (windows XP platform) and wants to use the SmartNav for access as he no longer has sufficient hand/arm strength for touch-screen or mouse use. Software was successfully loaded & unit attached but he continues to get a "No data" message. He does not live locally so I am providing support via email and suggested that he follow troubleshooting tips listed under:
1.1 : Software loads and runs, but green light on unit does not blink.
He reports that he is still stuck though I don't know exactly what happened when he disconnected the unit and checked the Device Mgr. Waiting to hear back from him. Until then, any other suggestions?

My first question would be does the camera appear properly under "NaturalPoint Devices" in the device manager?
