i can't activate Vector Expansion

After installing TrackIR on new system (old HD crashed) i can't activate the Vector Expansion. Since 3 weeks i try to get help from Naturalpoint Support. But they can't (or want?) help me!

When i try to activate it, then the TrackIR software open a internet browser with this message:

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but
your product activation has failed.

The product code you entered has already
been activated by another user, make sure
that you are using the correct Vector
Expansion activation codes.

But if i try to let him send me the license files (entering only TrackIR serial), i get this message:

We were unable to send the License
files to you. Please contact NaturalPoint
technical support.
***********



What is the problem? What i doing wrong?

Ok, problem solved.
The VE was registered to other TrackIR.
Why? No one knows.
