Optitrack Calibration does not take samplesW

by RifRaf » Fri Nov 24, 2017 11:42 pm

We are completely new to using optitrack. Current what we are doing is testing out the calibration process but we are stuck. One of the cameras does not seem to be taking samples when we do wanding for calibration.

It's probably not the placement or the wires since we switched the cameras around but only
that particular cameras has that problem. The camera is probably still working since motive shows that it is still tracking the passive reflectors. It is also still displaying an image when we press the button at the back. We've tried reinstalling but no change.

Details of setup
We're using four Flex 13 to setup approximate 3m apart from one another. Approximately 2m height of each camera. We're just trying to make sure the cameras still work. They are old cameras used by the university.

Hello RifRaf,

Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your issue. We may need to troubleshoot with your camera in Motive.

Could you please reach out to us directly using the Support channels, below?
When submitting, we will need to know the version of Motive you are using, the serial number on the camera and the number on your USB Hardware Key.

Best regards,
Steven Andrews
