Hi,
How can I use my active trackers without a base station? Currently they are not emitting any IR light. Using https://v22.wiki.optitrack.com/index.ph ... ctive_Puck as a reference, my active tracker PCB has a green LED showing that it is charging (which makes sense as it is getting power from a micro-USB) and a red LED seemingly indicating that it is waiting for the first packet from the ground station. The sales rep said I should be able to purchase active trackers without a ground station, so I'm confused why this is happening.
Any ideas?

Re: Active Trackers without a Base Station
Hi jmathur25,
I am sorry if you were given some incorrect information, but the base station is required in order to use our active tags and pucks.
Perhaps the representative was talking about using other IR LEDs that are continuous illumination, instead of our active tags.
Please feel free to reach out to sales@optitrack.com with any information you have about your order, and I hope we can get you sorted.
Best,
Steven
