Hi everyone,
I am currently using Optitrack Arena version 1.8.6 with 8 cameras (Model V100:R2) and I seem to be having a problem when I try to capture. I have completed the calibration, which I was able to do just fine, and also create the rigid body. However, when I go to open data >open calibration/rigid body files>play/record under the capture heading on the bottom, Arena displays an error message like this:
Runtime error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Optitrack\Arena\Arena.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application´s support team for more information.
And then the program closes. Every time. Has anyone else had the same problem or can provide any insight on how to fix it?
