Dear all,
I have recently bought a V120:Trio system. In the quick start guide (I understand there is no real manual) it says that the right LED at the back indicates the synchronization status. At my system, the right LED is flashing red as soon as I start Motive as though I have not connected a cable for synchronization to the I/O-X box and the Synchronization panel in Motive is set to Default-Free Run. Why does the V120:Trio indicat it is external synchronized? How would I be able to see whether is really is external synchronized?
Kind regards,
RebSchu

Re: V120:Trio Synchronization LED
Hello RebSchu,
Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding this behavior.
We did some testing and determined that the Trio does, in fact, behave as you described. It seems that status LED is only useful if you are using Custom Synchronization settings in the Synchronization Pane.
We are going to update the quick start guide to indicate that the flashing red indicates either the Default-Free Run mode or the missing external signal status. We hope to make this clearer.
Best regards,
Steven
