Reflective paint for markers?
Reflective paint for markers?
I've been looking online to find a reflective paint so that I can create my own custom markers. I tried "Lightning Brand" Reflective Acrylic Paint but the system wouldn't pick it up. Does such a paint exist?

I usually recommend against reflective paints because, as you discovered, they do not all reflect the same way and are met with mixed results.
I have heard of reflective paints being used in the past, but I do not have any information on which paints worked nor what made them any different from the others. It is possible that these were small volume studies in which the material did not have to be reflective long distances. This may be the difference.
If you want to create custom markers, you can also purchase the Raw Material, a reflective tape that can be applied for reflectivity.
