s250e camera stopped working

Hi all,

One of my s250e cameras stopped working all of a sudden - I was calibrating my camera and it just went off. Connecting the camera again didn't work. I tried to reset the switch, the computer, change cables but nothing worked. The camera has its red dot (where the number should be) blinking and some of its leds (same leds) also blink.
Any idea what to do? Is the camera dead?

Hello EladAssia,

It sounds like your camera may be malfunctioning if you have tried swapping the cable already. The other thing you may want to test is using a different port on the switch, to rule that out as a possibility.
