capture volume upside down

Post by boriswillis »

My capture space is upside down and I don't know how to correct this. Motive is not able to create a skeleton even if the markers are matched and the lock icon appears. Motive is setup for T-Pose. I am using the 41 marker template. I have tried different computers. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I have a capture session on Friday morning.

Hello boriswillis,

Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your ground plane issue.

You may want to check our online documentation dealing with the Calibration Squares, to determine if you have a legacy L-Frame / Calibration Square. If you are using a legacy device, the coordinate system in Motive has changed since that calibration device was in use. There is a bit of information in the documentation on compensating for the difference.

You can also manually apply a rotation to the ground plane if you continue to struggle with this.

I hope this helps!
