Cameras Don't Appear to work with USB extension provided

Hello Everyone,

Just setup a Flex 3 Camera system for the first time (6 total cameras). All the cameras work, but when plugged into a USB extension (that comes with the system).. nothing can be seen in motive and the cameras are listed as the same number. Not sure if I am doing something wrong.. or if additional settings need to be implemented to use a connector? Don't see how, but any help is appreciated thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding your connection issue.

To start, you may want to double check with this cabling guide to be sure everything is connected correctly. For example, the extension can go between the PC and the OptiHub, but not between an OptiHub and a camera.
