Hello Everyone,
We have a new desktop PC in our Optitrack system but it will not recognize the cameras in Motive. Everything else in the system is still the original 13W cameras, POE switch and network card installed into the new PC. I have 2.3.1 Motive installed. The firewall and antivirus were turned off and had no effect. Also, I allowed motive access to the firewall and antivirus when doing the Motive installation. I did read the manual and did have this working on the previous PC. Am I missing something?
