Cant connect to Prime 13w cameras.

I have a 4 camera Prime 13w system with all cameras running into a PoE+ Gigabit TPE-TG80g Switch. I also have a Laptop with Motive running via the license dongle. I cannot get any cameras to show up in Motive. There doesn't seem to be a wired connection between the switch and the laptop. Does it connect wirelessly? I am unfamiliar with the Prime 13w system so I'm not sure whats missing if anything. the quick start guide wasn't that helpful.

Thanks for sharing your issue with the community.
From your description, it sounds like the Ethernet cable is missing that connects the laptop to the switch.
