Linux driver?

Post by linuxmon »

Is there a Linux driver available for the Flex3 and/or is there open documentation on the chips(ets) used with camera so that driver could be developed?

Reply in the forum but I prefer directly to my email.
Thanks,
Eric

We are currently working with a developer to determine the feasibility of Linux drivers, and will post here on the forum boards when we have more information.

Any further updates about possible Linux support for the new cameras?

You'll want to run the tracking on a separate machine anyway, and the software can stream over the network through VRPN and TrackD.

Perhaps worthwhile to consider.
