edit data

Post by ipem »

Hi,
I've got a few q's about editing data:

when trajectorizing I end up with a lot of markers with the same name, root1 root2, etc. but can't seem to rename them and it's very hard to keep them apart, any help on that?

another thing is that I still have a lot of gaps in the marker data and it's not straightforward at all to clean this up, the fill gap desn't seem to work, don't know what to select and if I choose fill all gaps there is little difference between cubic/lineair and angle

is there a way to draw in extra data as if interpolating in the data?

can you edit the ridgit body data instead of the indiv marker data?

best regards, any help welcome

Are you using the Tracking Tool software, or the Arena software?

Which version?

For gap filling, you may need to increase the maximum gap size in the gap filling tool's dialog box if you have large gaps.

Once a gap has been filled, you can use the move tracks tool to select and manually adjust the marker locations in the editor.

Markers in individual frames can be manually relabeled/renamed using the label track tool.
