Crash happens when start recording!

I installed Arena in a xp sp2 system and every time I started recording there will be a pop-up says "runtime error The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way...". Have you experienced this and how to address this please? Thank you.

What version of Arena are you using?

Laptop/desktop system?

System specs?

Have you tried a clean software install?

Also does the hard disk Arena is installed have free space? Arena caches data to a temporary file while recording to minimize memory usage. Can you retry recording with at least 1GB free hard disk space?

I am using a powerful desktop computer with 2.66Ghz cpu, 1gb memory and more than 60GB free harddrive space. The arena I am using is 1.4 fianl. I have tried to reinstall it while we still have this problem.

When crashes happen, I am using not using the administrator account. Now when I log in as the administrator of the computer and it's fixed. Thanks still.
