NaturalPoint does not support the use of USB Cables, Extension Cables and Hubs which haven't been qualified for OptiTrack devices.
The qualified products are the ones listed in our online store. Most of these products can only be purchased directly from NaturalPoint or our distributors because they are custom made to meet the standards required by our products.
Non-qualified products are manufactured to varying standards and are a common source of issues experienced by customers.
