huge problem - bvh/xsi problem ( crash )

Hi eveyone, we have a major problem here, there is no way to import a bvh file from arena to xsi, we have tried averything but seems to crash in 100% of the cases xsi...
we tried with xsi 2011, sp1, 1.5 and 2012 but its not working...did anyone have similar problem?

Is XSI the application that is crashing? Could you send a BVH file to
support@naturalpoint.com for testing? I've never heard of this before.

yes xsi crash, going trough motor....ive sent a sample bvh file for you to test...

If you take a sample BVH off of our website and attempt to import that, does it crash?
