Add position and rotation deadzone filtering

Post by Lynx11 »

Dear Naturalpoint,
I'm using TrackIr since version 3 and I have to admit that the software did not change so much during the years.
I think that with the introduction of the VR, Trackir is still the alternative to it but you should work more on the software.
Right now the software is lacking of some usefull options that other opensource software have.
I manly use it in combat flight simulation and an annoying issue is the lack of the position (x,y,z cm) and rotation (pitch, yaw, roll deg) deadzone. Every time I look around (not in the centre where I can add deadzone by modifying the curve) every micro movement of the head moves my in game view since there is not this feature. With the addition of this feature the overall stability increases because it adds a deadzone on every movement and considering that it is a payware software I think that you can not miss this option compared to opensource softwares.
I really hope to ear a reply from you,
Ciao.
