Re: Vista x64 & driver signing
Regarding the previous post... only a couple of companies promised Vista support, but most other companies who didn't promise such support, made sure the drivers were available for Vista 64's release.

Re: Vista x64 & driver signing
Are the vista 64 drivers going to cover TrackIR 3?
Re: Vista x64 & driver signing
For both the TrackIR 3 and 4.

Re: Vista x64 & driver signing
Fantastic! I know we ranted a lot while us early adopters were waiting for this, but I think I can speak for all of us when I say we thank you for making this available. Yours may have been later than a few of us would have liked, but yours actually work (at least for me), even if they are beta. That is more than can be said for certain other vendors who had drivers available earlier.
Thanks again for being patient and responsive!

Indeed, thank you. Seems to work fine so far, I'll make sure to report should any trouble arise
Much much appreciated!

Re: Vista x64 & driver signing
No issues, glad we could get it out...... .
Had to fiddle a little.
Thanks!
I had to do one thing tho to get it to work.
I first installed the newest release, which is 4.1.30, and includes the 3.2.30 drivers it seems.
Then extracted the new driver files into the install directory and plugged my TIR4 in.
I got then a message that it couldn't use the drivers because they weren't digitally signed.
I went to the device manager and checked, and the drivers was version 3.2.30, but dated december 2006, while the new driver files says march 2007. I figure the install program puts them in some directory, when you install, and since they are the same version as the beta drivers it doesn't install the newer one.
I tried "Update drivers" but it said that the drivers already was up to date.
I had to goto the Device Manager, and delete the TrackIR device, then when I plugged it back in, and manually selected the directory for the drivers it installed them anew with the correct version, which seems to work (only fired up the TIR software and checked tracking window).
Thanks!
