Hello:

Thank you for your continued interest and support of TrackIR!

We reinvest heavily in TrackIR and are working on both software and hardware improvements for products that will be coming out for many years to come. We do not comment specifically on when we will be releasing new hardware.

As the Christmas buying season is upon us, we do think it is important to let our users know that we will not be updating the TrackIR 4 this season. TrackIR 4 continues to perform and sell well.

We are looking forward to releasing new TrackIR units and furthering its technical progress and TrackIR community in general.

Hello:

Following the schedule of previous TrackIR releases, it would not be unreasonable to expect a new model around the end of next year.

---

Yes, TrackIR is an advanced product that has had years of development, but that doesn't mean it can't get any better! :) We have had years of development and customer feedback that will lead to even better and potentially unique products.

Our job is to make the best TrackIR units possible, that is why customers buy our product; to promote head tracking and continue developing! :)

I can't see how you can improve upon perfection, but you're more than welcome to try!
