Quiero desde aqu� agradecer a NATURAL POINT la atenci�n y el servicio prestado, como consecuencia de un problema que me surgi� en el mes de agosto de 2007, con mi trackIR comprado en mala hora en eDimensional, en el mes de noviembre mi unidad se fue a pique, lo remit�a a los incompetentes de la tienda eDimensional y tardaron dos meses y medio en devolv�rmelo gracias a las gestiones de nuestro compa�ero Peter22, para decirme que no se hac�an cargo de la garant�a. He de decir que recurr� en primera instancia a estos por ser los vendedores.

Tras estos hechos lo remit� a NATURAL POINT, a trav�s de su servicio de atenci�n al cliente poni�ndome en contacto con VINCENT, mediante el foro de NATURAL POINT, tras una serie de requisitos y pruebas envi� mi unidad y en 10 d�as me han devuelto una NUEVA UNIDAD, que hasta el momento funciona a la perfecci�n.

After these facts forwarded to NATURAL POINT, through its customer service contact them with VINCENT, through the forum NATURAL POINT, after a series of requirements and testing, I sent my unit and in 10 days I have returned a NEW UNITY, which so far works to perfection.
