I compiled and installed linux-track in LinuxMint 10 (Ubuntu 10.10) and it works like a charm. I have a TrackIR 4, and I was contacting NP about 2 years ago for linux drivers.
*This* is getting really cool if I will get it working with flight gear, quake4:ET, doom I through �, descent 1 through 3, X�, X�
Be sure to use michaels branch, as it includes a nice GUI.
