What's the deal?
Is there NO support with this product for developers?
No answers to emails....
No answers to the posts here....
No very impressed so far.

Sorry for the delay, I have been in and out of the office all week, and have had no time for the boards. I didn't get your email, perhaps it went to the general support and sales addresses, it should have been forwarded to me by the sales guys. The guy you want to talk to doesn't monitor the boards, he just programs! I think that we should be able to get beyond all the problems if you contact Birch. Thanks for your time.
