Hi Jeff,

the Folder you mentioned is missing on my System (Windows 8 64bit).

Can i download the USB Drivers seperatly somewhere? Or can you provide them for download?

I have the same problem and tried on win xp and win 7.no respond???whats going on(3 leds on clip working I mean light is on ,but nothing on tracker 4 pro camera).,no sounds when trackir is connected to usb,do not see usb devices heeeeeeeellllpppp!!!

yes I can create but this tracker camera not working on different pc 's also :-(

Hi, i have same problem. I have track ir 4 pro since years, and worked fine. Now i didnt used it for at least 6 months, but as i bought new game Arma3, installed again in PC, and cant get it work. In Device Manager says "Unknown Device" and in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5 theres no Drivers folder. The camera shows a blue blinking light in the bottom.

Hi, im trying to get a ticket, but it asks me Hardware serial, license serial... and i only keep the camera and the track clip. I'm looking for the rest at home but i cant find. what can i do?
