I am having the same issue as the OP. I just bought this a week ago and the camera doesnt even work at all. I have tried all suggestions. PLease help

I have submitted a ticket, and I have talked to you by email. You were saying that you needed a serial number. I sent you the serial number and I am awaiting an RMA # now for return

I have just recieved a new Track IR 4 product after sending it back for a replacement. I installed Version 5.2.2 - Final for track IR 4 clip pro and it doesnt recognize the device when I open up the track IR short cut. I have a blue LED light on the camera but doesnt recognize the device in the manager. Please help

Holy Smokes !!! i am having the same issue with my Trackir4 Pro. This just started happening this morning. Im really bummed because i love the product and cant play my flight sims without it. Basically the software boots up but the camera isnt recognized nor does it light up at all. Please help !! i need my Trackir4 Pro back to normal. A bit of history first though, i updated the software 10 months ago and it was fine until now. I also tried plugging it in to no less then 4 usb ports on my computer and nothing.

Hello,

I have a big problem, i have changed my motherboard the last week and i have installed all drivers of the manufacturer.
I have install the USB drivers for the card and after i followed your usual instruction to install the trackir 4 pro.
I have the good folder Naturalpoint/Trackir5 for the application
I have the good folder Naturalpoint/USB Drivers x64 for the usb drivers

I start the application with my sensor on my head, the captor has a blinking Blue LED but after 10 seconds it write on the device part : "no device detected" and finally doesn't work.
I'm really don't know what to do...
