Installed update now no device detected
I just checked for updates and installed 4.2* which it said I needed.Now when I run TrackIR it says no device detected.Please help.Thanks,Ron

Further info.I have TrackIRPro 52803 ver. 4.1.037.Updated to 4.2.039.Device not detected.Moved the Naturalpoint folder to another location and copied my backup to Program files as it was before I updated.Works fine now without update.Ron

Win XP Pro service pack 3 ver 2002 Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @2.40 GHZ 2.39GHz,1'98 GB ram,GeForce GTX 260..I am presently upgrading to a whole new setup with Win 7 Ultimate GeForce GTX 770 2GB, i7-4770K Haswell 3.5 GHz 8 GB ram.After reading post directly below mine am I going to have a problem?My install disk is Ver 4.1.028.I have a post running about installing on new computer.Thanks,Ron

OK,Thanks .This will be for TrackIR Pro correct?I had TrackIR4 and now I believe I have Pro because I no longer have the reflectors on a hat.I have the thing mounted on headphones.Ron

This can be used with most of our TrackIR devices. You can use this version with the hardware you are using.
