base snapped no more joy

hello
i have been using track ir 4 pro for over 6 years now.
due to accident, tripped over USB cable, the base and small shaft which go into the trackir unit snapped... it functions, i just cant seem to position it properly...think of it like a bobble head...
can i get a replacement part sent?

The same thing happened to me. I just broke the rest of the stand off, then used that blue putty poster-tac stuff to stick it to my monitor. Works like a charm!
