track ir 4 pro not working in p3d

hi,
I have a pc with prepar3d loaded only,
win 7 mobo msi gaming,cpu i7 5820k,16 gb ram ddr4,gtx 650ti 2gb
track ir working outside the P3D but when i load prepar 3d stop to work.
somebody any ideas?

denis1994,
Are you running both the software and P3D as an administrator? Have you gone into the controller configuration and enabled TrackIR within P3D?

Hi Mike,
Yes I am running both as Admin, though I do not see where there is a check box or anything within P3D (v2 or v3) to enable TIR. I will feel real silly if I have missed something like that

Brettt,
Please follow the next steps to re-activate your SimConnect files.
1) Navigate to this folder:
<P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-RTM\lib
2) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.
3) Navigate to this folder:
<P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-SP1\lib
4) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.
5) Navigate to this folder:
<P3D root folder>\redist\FSX-SP2-XPACK\lib
5) Run the SimConnect.msi installer file inside the folder.
