Where did the 4.0 software go?

I use to use both TrackIR software of 4 and 5 final but now we only have 5.30 for download available.
Where did the 4.0 software go as it used to have more options for customizing like "deadzone" and "slow" if you found TrackIR too fast. Sometimes I would use 4 and other times I use 5; now we only have 5.30. Please bring back the 4 final software for download.
