my camera is red all time

MyTrack ir yellow light is brink,wink, all the time and camera is red and black one by one. I use it in the drak room. my picture in game jump around . My com is win7 68bit

I use track ir4 for 10 year .I test it with 2 PC and still same error. Do you think this track ir is time to die?
-serial number is 895542000300 I find it in bacode under the box
-intel(r) core(tm)i7-2600kcpu@3.40ghz 3.70ghz ram 8.00gb 64bit win7 ultimate GeForce GTX 570

The serial number will actually be on a sticker attached to the USB cord. It could be that it is an older device and it has died, but if you could submit a video of the issue I may be able to be certain.
