No devices detected - Track IR 4 Pro

My computer does make a noise and it sort of recognizes it...

When you go into the device manager, are you able to point the unknown device to the correct driver location? If you go into the properties of the unknown device does it give you an error code?

Today my devices became alive again - after months of frustrating trials.
What I did? I deinstalled all software and drivers, made really sure, that all with TrackIR and NaturalPoint was gone and then installed the newest software for TrackIR 5.
And voila: It worked fine.

Problem solved...:-)
