No green light, is it now dead?

Hi all.

Can someone please help with a issue i might be having. reinstalled trackir with the latest software and now it will no longer track. the blue light is on, the four red led's are on but no tracking :cry:
I've uninstalled the software, uninstalled the usb driver, unpluged it/pluged it back in. installed the driver but still no joy. Has my unit finally died?
