Device Not Found

I have just decided to use my Track IR 4 device (purchased some years ago for use with FS9) with FSX using Win 7. I have downloaded the latest software but the camera is not found when I run the software. In Control Panel devices and printers it says the driver is not installed for the camera (unknown device). The blue light on the camera is flashing intermittently. I set the camera up in the sequence suggested in the manual, i.e software first then plug in the camera.

Any advice please?

Hello,

Install everything according to the guide. After that, plug in the TrackIR. Once it shows up in the device manager as an unknown device, right click on it and select update driver. Choose the option to browse your computer for the driver, and then "let me pick from a list of available drivers", scroll down to NaturalPoint devices and select the TrackIR 5. Please let me know if you don't see the device and we'll try something else.

Regards,
