About the new clip

I noticed the new clip design. Does this mean that a clip that doesn't curve around the bill of the cap works better than one that does? Would the new clip work better for the pro3vector.

Hello:
Yes, the clip design has been changed so that the reflectors remain in the same plane when clipped to a hat. We have found that this arrangement does work better for tracking. You can simply order the clip by itself if you want to upgrade, it should work well with your TIR 3 unit.
